The Opportunity

As Project Manager, you will play a leading role in the successful delivery of high‑profile construction projects. You will be supported by an expert internal team, modern systems, and a company structure designed to help you excel.

You will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate subcontractors, and drive programmes to successful completion—while upholding the company’s long-standing reputation for excellence.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full site management and supervision, ensuring all activities align with company procedures and industry best practice.
• Coordinating project delivery to meet programme milestones and ensure on-time handover, including phased handovers where required.
• Leading, motivating, and directing site personnel, trades, and subcontractors.
• Monitoring workmanship and materials to uphold strict quality standards.
• Working closely with the Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Services Coordinator to ensure the flow of accurate, timely project information.
• Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and safety requirements.
• Reviewing and understanding all drawings; highlighting any errors or omissions to the Design Team promptly and professionally.

The Candidate

You will bring:

• 6+ years’ experience in a Site / Project Management or similar leadership role within commercial construction.
• A degree in construction/engineering or a qualified trades background with strong technical understanding.
• Proven ability to manage people, coordinate daily site activities, and maintain a structured, organised site environment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• A commitment to quality, teamwork, and delivering projects to the highest standard.
