Architect
Location: Athy, Co. Kildare
Salary: €55,000 – €75,000 DOE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid: Available after successful probation
Seeking a senior team member to assist with management and design direction. The role involves overseeing medium-scale residential and commercial projects from conception through to completion, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Job Requirements:
- A culture of openness and initiative is encouraged.
- Candidates should be ambitious, confident, and possess both commercial and design-focused approaches.
- Strong interpersonal skills and practical judgment are essential.
- Must be a RIAI Registered Architect with 5+ years post-qualification experience delivering medium-scale projects from start to finish.
- Excellent proficiency in Revit, with solid knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications.
Our client is a well-established multidisciplinary team located in the Athy, Co. Kildare. Their primary focus is on housing projects, ranging from multi-unit developments to bespoke one-off homes, while also maintaining a selective portfolio in hospitality and healthcare. Additionally, they support local community initiatives through Not-for-Profit projects as part of Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
