Location: Tipperary South / Kilkenny
Hours: 21 per week - Flexible on days and hours of work.
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts / Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This role offers variety and responsibility, supporting both finance and office administration functions.
Accounts Payable: Receive supplier invoices, process through Sage, and set up bank payments
Payroll: Run weekly payroll using Thesaurus software
Compliance: File PAYE and RCT returns accurately and on time
Financial Management: Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Administration: Maintain and update records, filing, and data management
Support: Carry out ad hoc duties as required to assist the team
Accounting Technician qualification (or equivalent) desirable but not essential
Experience using ROS (Revenue Online Service)
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Sage and Excel is essential
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in the construction industry is an advantage but not required
Commitment to following through on tasks and meeting deadlines
