Bid Specialist
Location: Swords, Dublin
Full Time Permanent, Hybrid After Probation
Salary: €50k-60k DOE
Sector: Engineering / Construction
Our client is seeking a Bid Specialist to join their busy team in Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience in bid preparation, with knowledge of the engineering or construction sector being an advantage.
This role suits a commercially aware multitasker who can organize and prioritize bids, coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality, compelling submissions are delivered on time. You’ll work closely with technical teams to prepare winning proposals.
About You:
- Knowledge of Ireland’s Public Procurement process.
- Proven track record delivering PQQs/SAQs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexible and deadline-driven; proficient in Office365 (InDesign optional).
- CRM experience (Microsoft preferred); degree or equivalent desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate delivery of high-quality bid submissions (PQQs/SAQs).
- Research and monitor tender opportunities; manage tender portals.
- Develop CVs, case studies, and organization charts for bids.
- Maintain bid records in CRM; manage SharePoint and Teams sites.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices.
