Sales Executive
Location: Enniscorthy, Wexford 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Wexford to join our client's team in Wexford, in the FMCG manufacturing industry. We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience to join a fast-paced and high-growth Commercial Team. This role will suit a driven and enthusiastic sales professional to build their career in the rapidly expanding functional beverage and active nutrition sectors. You will support the development of new business opportunities, manage inbound leads, assist with client account coordination, and work closely with our NPD (New Product Development) and Production teams to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries, ensuring timely, professional follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, product presentations, and quotations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales pipeline activity.
  • Coordinate with NPD, Operations, and Production teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support client onboarding and sample dispatch processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in sports nutrition, health & wellness, and functional drinks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
  • Represent company values and brand voice in all interactions.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Experience in FMCG, sports nutrition, beverages, or health & wellness is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
