Overview

Are you ready to shape Ireland’s future landscape? As an LVIA Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in large-scale infrastructure developments including:

  • Renewable energy (wind and solar)

  • Sustainable transport and greenways

  • Residential and urban regeneration projects

The successful individual will assist with the preparation, writing, and review of Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments, including EIA chapters. From fee agreements to client engagement, you’ll support projects end-to-end—ensuring quality, compliance, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality mapping and spatial analysis

  • Conducting fieldwork, site visits, and technical photography

  • Staying current with industry best practices

  • Guiding junior team members and sub-consultants

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced LVIA professional who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Essential qualifications and experience:

  • Degree in Landscape Planning, Landscape Architecture, Geography, Environmental Science, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience conducting LVIAs in line with recognised best practice

  • Strong understanding of Ireland’s assessment processes

  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Full driving licence
