What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading daily site checks to make sure operations run safely and efficiently.

• Helping investigate incidents, identifying risks, and supporting improvements.

• Coordinating training sessions, keeping records up to date, and delivering toolbox talks.

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of policies, procedures, and standard operating documents.

• Carrying out risk assessments and recommending practical solutions to reduce hazards.

• Assisting with emergency response planning and execution.

• Preparing reports for management, attending safety meetings, and capturing key actions.
