EHS Manager – Co. Carlow
Optimize Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading production company based in Co. Carlow.

Role Highlights:
• Lead health, safety & environmental strategy
• Ensure compliance across operations
• Promote safety culture & deliver training
• Oversee audits, risk assessments & incident reviews

What You’ll Need:
• Level 8 degree in EHS or related field
• 3+ years in manufacturing, construction, or quarrying
• Strong knowledge of EHS legislation & ISO 14001
• Excellent leadership & communication skills

Salary: €50,000–€60,000
