Shift Supervisor

Our client, a leading manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join its expanding team.
With ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 accreditation, they specializes in silicone and plastic injection moulding, as well as automated assembly, supporting 24/7 production.

Originally focused on plastic injection moulding and automated assembly, product range includes filters for I.V. sets, dialysis, and transfusion applications. Recent innovations have introduced silicone moulding, expanding the portfolio to include high-quality silicone components.

Overview

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a technically skilled professional with leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery during shift operations

• Ensuring production output meets quality standards

• Supervising and supporting shift personnel

• Upholding safety and operational efficiency across the production line

The successful individual will ideally be:

• A qualified engineer or time-served electrician/fitter

• Experienced in supervising teams within a manufacturing environment

• Skilled in machine maintenance and problem-solving

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 production setting
