Full Time 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday. 

Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and client-focused professional to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective project solutions. The role involves interpreting drawings, standards, and client requirements to design and deliver projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety and quality across all projects.

• Develop strong client relationships, ensuring solutions are designed, agreed, and delivered to specification, budget, and schedule.

• Interpret and apply relevant regulations, standards, and technical documentation.

• Undertake site visits, surveys, and client meetings to fully capture requirements.

• Produce drawings, specifications, calculations, and related project documentation.

• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality and delivery standards.

• Keep up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in design software (SolidWorks, DraftSight, Revit, BIM).

• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and industry standards.

• Proven ability to improve processes and ensure compliance.

• Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.

• Strong organisational, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Commercial awareness and ability to propose cost-effective solutions.

• Problem-solving, innovative mindset, and ability to work independently.

• Full clean driving licence.
