Senior Qualified Accountant 

Our client is a leading manufacturer and installer of modular buildings, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions across a range of sectors. As they continue to expand, they’re seeking a Senior Qualified Accountant to lead a small finance team (3 people) through a critical growth phase.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll oversee all financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and strategic financial guidance. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements; deliver insights to senior management
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting; build financial models; monitor performance
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Maintain robust controls; ensure regulatory compliance; support audits
• Cash Management: Optimise cash flow and liquidity; manage banking relationships
• Financial Analysis: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities; support strategic decisions
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team
• Process Improvement: Drive automation and system upgrades; stay ahead of financial tech trends

What You’ll Bring

• ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles
• Tech-savvy mindset with a focus on efficiency and innovation
