Lettings Property Manager

Location: Kilkenny City Centre
Salary: €32k-45k DOE + Annual Bonus + Ongoing Training
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time.
Hours: Business Hours Mon-Fri. 

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a long-established and highly successful property firm based in the heart of Kilkenny City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic lettings team in a company with a strong reputation and room for professional growth as your experience develops.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ office administration experience (property experience)

• Strong IT skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook

• Experience with Property Management CRMs (e.g. Letman or similar)

• Solid understanding of Co. Kilkenny and interest in the property sector

• Basic social media experience

• Full clean driving licence

• Bookkeeping/financial administration experience (advantageous)

• A basic understanding of Tenancy Law (training provided)

• Fluent English both written and oral

• Excellent communication and professional telephone manner

• High attention to detail and time management

As a Lettings Property Manager, you’ll take on a diverse and fast-paced role supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings department. This position would suit someone who thrives in a structured yet varied environment and is eager to build a long-term career in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with landlords and tenants

• Assisting with property and maintenance management

• Carrying out property inspections

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Handling inbound calls and general enquiries

• Processing arrears and updating records

• Data entry and updating online portals

• Supporting marketing and social media content

• Assisting with ad hoc administration as needed
