Sales Support Administrator
Location: Kilkenny

Are you a friendly, organised, and driven individual looking to grow your career in a reputable, long-established company? We are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our Kilkenny office, supporting a busy sales team and contributing to the continued success of a company with deep roots in the housing and construction sector.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be the central point of contact for handling enquiries, coordinating internal communications, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From updating databases and assisting with quotes to working with samples and supporting marketing initiatives — this is a varied and rewarding role with great long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries from residential customers
  • Coordinate and follow up on quotes, product information, and customer queries
  • Keep customer and product data accurate and up to date
  • Work with internal departments to ensure timely responses and smooth communication
  • Organise samples, support with pricing, and maintain internal sales records
  • Help develop and maintain social media presence, and assist the marketing team
  • Contribute to improving systems and data organisation
  • Support the sales team in building a strong pipeline for future business

Competencies:

  • A personable, approachable, and well-organised individual
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly manner
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Interest in housing, design, or construction is a plus
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Third-level education desirable
  • Previous experience in a similar role or sales support/admin environment
