Site Manager – Civil & Groundworks (ESB)
Location: Wexford
Salary: €65k – €70k (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site operations for a 2-year infrastructure project in Wexford. Works include groundworks, ducting, RC foundations, compound builds, and general enabling works. With further projects confirmed in the Southeast, this is an excellent long-term opportunity for a Site Manager or Supervisor with strong civil experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and direct labour crews
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met
• Enforce health and safety procedures and site protocols
• Schedule deliveries, plant, and materials
• Maintain daily site reports and handover documentation
• Liaise with PMs, Engineers, and stakeholders on programme targets
• Ensure works are carried out to spec, quality, and design
• Resolve on-site issues as they arise

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience managing civil infrastructure works
• Proven track record in ducting, trenching, and RC works
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Ability to read drawings and deliver works as per schedule
• Irish or UK experience highly advantageous
