Junior Health and Safety
Location: South East

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist in conducting workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Help ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Support accident and incident investigations, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of health and safety documentation, audits, and training.
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of health and safety training programs.
• Monitor and ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the organization.
• Provide general administrative support to the Health and Safety team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Qualification in Health and Safety (e.g., certificate, diploma, or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field).
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the role.
