Job Description

Our client, a 4 star hotel are looking to expand their team and hire a Meeting & Events Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about sales, delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating the needs of our guests and clients.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager, ensuring the seamless coordination of all meetings and events, while consistently exceeding client expectations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

• To carry out the effective administrative tasks of our Sales department, ensuring that guests receive exceptional customer service in a very genuine and caring manner.
• To carry out all Meeting and Event duties, working as part of the Sales Team.
• To deal with any customer queries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• To ensure that all enquires are handled in a professional and efficient manner and that all enquires are followed up and resolved.
• Build strong relationships with clients, responding to queries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Support the delivery of exceptional service standards, consistently anticipating the needs of guests and clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous Meeting and Events experience within a four-star property or equivalent is advantageous.
• Possess the ability to operate in an organised and methodical fashion, with excellent attention to detail.
• Is equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service background.
• Will be a natural leader with good business acumen to maximise revenue and sales through the Sales office.
• Knowledge of PMS is advantageous - Particular Hotsoft System.
• Be a team player with a flexible, can-do attitude and a passion for hospitality
