Maintenance Co Ordinator
Kilkenny/Waterford
Salary: €55-60k DOE + other benefits TBD.
Full Time Permanent. 
Mon-Fri, Day shift. 

Purpose:
To lead the maintenance team in delivering a high-quality service across production and site facilities, ensuring minimal downtime and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues with the team.

• Minimise downtime; perform root cause analysis and resolve plant issues.

• Manage spare parts systems and POs with support from the Administrator.

• Plan and review preventive maintenance tasks.

• Oversee supplier relations and department costs.

• Drive continuous improvement and ensure food safety compliance.

• Collaborate with Operations to develop and implement solutions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Mechanical Fitter/Mechanic with 5+ years in a regulated environment.

• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

• Proficient in PC use; basic electrical knowledge a plus.

• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
