Administrator / Receptionist – (Co Laois)


Our client, a well-established and respected firm in the Legal industry, is seeking a capable and personable Administrator / Receptionist to join their team. This is a key front-of-house and administrative support role, ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and manage incoming calls
  • Oversee reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and internal schedules
  • Carry out general administrative tasks including data entry, document formatting, and filing
  • Support internal departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and deliveries

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative position
  • Dictaphone typing would be beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional and approachable manner with a strong customer service focus
