Position: Electrician – EV Charging Installations
Location: Greater Dublin 
Salary:€50,000 – €60,000 DOE + Company Vehicle
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:
Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure sector, is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join their installation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions, helping to deliver high-quality EV charging installations across residential, commercial, and public sector sites.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Electrician with valid Safe Electric registration

• Experience with EV charging installations highly desirable but not essential (full training can be provided)

• Full clean Irish driver’s licence

• Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to travel as part of the role (vehicle provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission EV charging points at customer sites

• Perform electrical installations in compliance with current Irish electrical regulations

• Conduct site surveys and assessments where required

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults related to charging equipment

• Liaise professionally with customers, contractors, and project managers

• Complete all relevant documentation including installation reports and compliance records

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working condition

• Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
