About the Role

Our client, a well-established property development and construction firm, is seeking a talented BIM Modeller to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 2+ years’ experience in a BIM/Revit role to contribute to high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines within models.

• Conduct clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issues.

• Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and project-specific protocols.

• Support project teams with drawings, schedules, and detail views.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a BIM/Revit Technician, ideally within the construction sector.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

• Solid understanding of BIM processes and Irish building regulations.

• Relevant qualification or certification in BIM/Revit (e.g., diploma or technical certification).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working on multidisciplinary or large-scale projects is an advantage.
