IT Manager
Location: Co. Westmeath

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic IT Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven IT professional to lead the IT function in a fast-paced, forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Design and implement IT strategies that align with the overall business vision.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing IT team, supporting development and growth.
• Lead IT operations, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and reliability.
• Develop and implement IT policies, ensuring adherence to GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
• Safeguard the security, integrity, and compliance of all IT systems and data.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee third-party vendor relationships and manage IT budgets effectively.
• Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The successful individual will have the following: 

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cyber security, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrable experience in an IT leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven success in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the confidence to lead strategic change.
• Experience working with industry frameworks including GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
