Job Title: Control Panel Room Operator
Location: Goresbridge, Co. Kilkenny
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hourly Rate: €15 + additional shift allowance for evenings and nights
Shifts: Rotating – Day/Night (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm / 10pm–6am)

About the Role

Our client, a leading player in the agri-food sector, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Control Panel Room Operator to join their team in Goresbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-tech, fast-paced environment where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency from the control room of a modern milling facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor control panels and related systems to ensure smooth and continuous operations.

• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, faults, or emergency situations in line with established protocols.

• Communicate and coordinate with both on-site and remote teams to manage production flow and resolve issues.

• Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum education: Leaving Certificate.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to perform under pressure with excellent attention to detail.

• A strong focus on safety and quality standards.
