Our client is seeking a dynamic Production Manager to take charge of their smart prefabrication process—from final design handover through to production, fabrication, and dispatch.

As Production Manager, you’ll lead operations across the full manufacturing cycle, integrating with design, production, logistics, and R&D teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
• Oversee smart manufacturing operations – from CNC rebar processing to final product dispatch.
• Optimize performance using lean manufacturing principles and digital monitoring tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, sales, design, and logistics teams.
• Manage inventory and work closely with procurement to align stock with forecasts.
• Lead maintenance strategy to maximize machine uptime and production continuity.
• Shape production capabilities with input from R&D and support new product initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and reporting tools for continuous monitoring and performance optimization.
• Ensure safety and sustainability by upholding ISO-aligned HSE practices and ESG goals.

Experience & Background:
• 5+ years in project or production management within the built environment or steel/rebar manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of smart factory systems, CNC machinery, and prefabrication processes.
Skills & Mindset:
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Tech-forward, results-driven, and passionate about innovation and process optimization.
• Comfortable managing across multiple sites and working in a fast-paced environment.
