Senior Site Manager – Pharmaceutical Fit-Out Project
Location: Longford (with travel & overnight stays as required)
Salary: €60,000 – €68,000 (DOE) + Vehicle, Fuel Card & Accommodation
Hours: Full-time, Permanent

Optimize Recruitment, working closely with our client, is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a major pharmaceutical fit-out project in Longford. The project is set to run for over 12 months and offers the opportunity to work on a technically challenging, high-value build.

This role would suit an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in interiors or technical fit-outs. There will be potential for future progression within the company for the right candidate.

Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on-site activities for the fit-out project
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate timelines, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
  • Monitor progress and maintain communication with key stakeholders
  • Resolve on-site issues to keep the project on track
  • Drive site efficiency and maintain project documentation
  • Liaise with design and project teams to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ site management experience on fit-out or commercial projects
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical and/or IT sectors highly desirable
  • Trade background or third-level qualification in construction or engineering
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and building regulations
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
  • Comfortable with travel and overnight stays when required
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
