Electrical Site Manager – Renewable's – Ireland

Location: Dublin West (Commercial Projects)
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 (DOE)(Full Time)
Contract Options: Full-Time Permanent or Contract (Full Time Salary Pay Style)

Location: Sites can be based across Ireland, project duration's vary from 10 weeks to 18+ Months. Overnights etc covered when required. 

Optimize Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of utility-scale solar farm projects across Ireland. This role offers an opportunity to work with a leading renewable energy contractor, managing site operations and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring efficient solar farm construction
• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and site teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain high site standards
• Coordinate logistics, material deliveries, and site resources
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reporting
• Liaise with the Project Manager and key stakeholders to maintain project alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in site management within large-scale construction projects
• Experience in renewable energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
