Graduate Quantity Surveyor – Dublin – Main Contractor

Location: Dublin
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

Role Type: Full-Time

Optimize Recruitment is hiring a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor working on high-profile commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, healthcare, office fit-out, and public sector projects across Dublin. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop core Quantity Surveying skills within a dynamic commercial team, reporting to a Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in cost monitoring and reporting under the guidance of the Project QS
  • Support the procurement and management of subcontractor packages
  • Track variations and claims to ensure commercial commitments are met
  • Maintain accurate records of project costs and documentation
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and organisational abilities
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial team
