Architectural Technician
South Dublin
Permanent Position
Salary €40-€50k DOE
Hybrid work and flexible working hours may be facilitated.

Optimize are currently working with an Architectural firm based in South Dublin recruiting for an Architectural Technician for an immediate start.

Our client has grown to become one of the leading RIAI Registered Architectural Practices in Ireland.

Projects include - Hotel and Hospitality, residential and commercial, sport and leisure.

The successful technician will have the following:

• Architectural Technology qualification.
• 4+ years’ professional experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit / BIM.
• Experience in commercial projects, familiarity with hospitality beneficial.
• Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, site meetings and problem-solving.
• Understanding of current Irish Building and Planning Regulations.
• A strong communicator and fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
• Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Accustomed to working in a team environment with demanding schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to collaboratively solve complex problems working constructively with key project stakeholders.
• Ensure all design work conforms to standards and is buildable.
