Project Managers – Residential Construction

Locations: Tallaght & Clondalkin
Salary: €75,000+ (DOE)

Optimize Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead residential construction projects in the Dublin region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor delivering public & private housing developments.

The Role

The successful candidates will be responsible for managing residential construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery in line with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all site activities, ensuring residential projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Managing relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and all key stakeholders.
• Leading project meetings and ensuring clear communication across all teams.
• Driving site progress while maintaining strict health & safety and quality control measures.
• Implementing effective cost control, procurement, and risk management strategies.

Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline OR a strong trade background.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in the Irish/UK residential construction industry.
• Proven track record in delivering housing developments or apartment schemes.
• Extensive experience with Residential Construction (Housing & Apartments, ideally full cycle).
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and coordinate all project stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project scheduling tools, and construction management software.
• Full driving licence.
