Project Manager – Consultancy

South Dublin, Ireland | Leading Irish Consultancy | €75,000 - €90,000+ DOE

Optimize Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for a well-established consultancy based in South Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, residential, Civils and public sector projects, both in Ireland and internationally. Currently, our client are working on two major projects (€100 Million Euro mixed use developments, one in construction phase and one pre-construction)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage projects at various stages, including design, planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver project management plans, programmes, and project documentation.
• Attend and chair project meetings, ensuring clear communication and action plans.
• Provide cost advice, programme briefs, and strategic planning input for projects.
• Oversee the appointment of contractors and consultants, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and stakeholder alignment.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the project management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualification in construction, engineering, building surveying, or project management.
• 4+ years of experience in project management within an Irish consultancy or a similar professional environment.
• Experience managing projects in the pharma, healthcare, commercial, residential, or public sectors.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and financials.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
