Site Manager – Rosslare, Wexford

Optimize Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on a major commercial project in Wexford East. This €180M+ development includes a large number of commercial buildings and offers an excellent opportunity for career growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in RC Frames, fit-outs, and commercial buildings with a main contractor in Ireland.

Salary: €70,000 – €80,000+ (negotiable based on experience).
Package: Vehicle, fuel, pension, phone, laptop, with additional benefits open to discussion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring project milestones are met within budget and timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure efficient site operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Provide leadership to the site team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Monitor project progress, address any potential issues, and implement solutions promptly.
• Liaise with the project management team and clients to provide updates and reports as required.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Site Management role within the construction industry. Irish/UK experience advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of RC Frames, fit-outs, and commercial building projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple aspects of a large-scale construction project.
• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
