Job Title: Site Engineer (Civils)
Location: Nenagh, Tipperary
Company: Leading Main Contractor
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 (DOE)

Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civils) to join a dynamic team working on a major residential development in Nenagh, Tipperary. The initial project involves the full civil construction of a 70-unit residential estate, covering all works from the slab down. With over 3 years of secured projects in the area, this role offers excellent long-term stability and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil works from the slab down on the residential estate.

• Set out works using GPS/GNSS and other surveying equipment.

• Coordinate and liaise with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of works.

• Ensure that all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Monitor progress and quality of construction, providing updates and reports as required.

• Resolve any technical issues that arise on-site in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Site Engineer role, preferably on residential projects.

• Proficiency with GPS/GNSS surveying equipment and setting out tools.

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction methods.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
