Senior Site Engineer (Multiple Roles)

• City Centre: Commercial Project
• South Dublin Border: Residential Development
• Dún Laoghaire: Pharmaceutical Facility

Salary: €68,000 - €78,000+ (DOE)

Project Details

• City Centre – Commercial Project: Lead engineering duties on a dynamic and complex commercial build.
• South Dublin Border – Residential Development: Oversee the construction of a large-scale residential project.
• Dún Laoghaire – Pharmaceutical Facility: Play a key role in the delivery of a high-spec pharma facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities, ensuring the timely completion of engineering tasks.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
• Conduct setting-out duties using modern surveying equipment (GPS, GNSS, etc.).
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and resolve technical challenges on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, drawings, and quality checks.

Key Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Site Engineer, ideally with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Irish contractor.
• 10+ Years as a Site Engineer (Ideally within the Irish or UK Industry). 
• Proven track record on large-scale commercial, residential, or pharmaceutical projects.
• Proficiency in modern surveying techniques and relevant software.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
