Site Manager – Residential Apartments
Location: Cherrywood, South Dublin
Salary: €75,000 - €90,000 (DOE)

Optimize Recruitment is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity to join a leading contractor on a landmark residential project in Cherrywood, South Dublin. This role is perfect for an experienced Site Manager eager to deliver a large-scale apartment development to the highest standards.

Project Details

• Sector: Residential construction – large-scale apartment project (400+ units).
• Phase: Early stage, providing the opportunity to lead the project from the ground up.
• Scope: Oversee all aspects of construction, including structural, M&E coordination, and finishing phases.
• Team: Work with a highly skilled workforce and subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations on-site, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams across all phases of the project.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the site.
• Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Deliver a high-quality finish on all units, ensuring client satisfaction at handover.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in site management on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Ideally experience with an Irish/UK Tier 1 Contractor. 
• Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage a complex project.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and quality assurance processes.
• Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and coordinating across teams.
