Job Summary:The successful Fire Protection Expert will serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, providing technical support and customer service for Fire Protection systems.
This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise in Fire Protection systems and excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve technical inquiries, and drive long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:•
Technical Customer Support:Provide expert guidance to customers on the selection, operation, and maintenance of Fire Protection systems.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product compatibility, and performance optimization.
Serve as a primary resource for resolving piping-related issues, including material selection .

Order Management & Coordination:
Assist customers in managing orders, including quoting, order entry, and delivery coordination.
Work with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding order statuses and project timelines.

Customer Relationship Management:Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and expectations.
Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for Fire Protection system improvements or upgrades.
Maintain accurate records of customer communications, technical queries, and resolutions.

Technical Training & Education:Deliver training sessions to customers and internal teams on Fire Protection systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Provide product demonstrations and in-depth technical documentation to enhance customer understanding and usage.

ssue Resolution & Escalation:Analyse and resolve technical complaints related to Fire Protection systems quickly and effectively.
Escalate unresolved issues in accordance with company protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify recurring issues and areas for process improvement.
Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, technical support metrics, and issue resolution performance.
Recommend solutions to optimize customer support processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in fire protection engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Certification in fire protection design is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a technical role within the fire protection or fire sprinkler industry.
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system design, installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., FM, UL, IS EN 12845, IS3218).
- Familiarity with fire suppression systems, alarms, and other fire protection technologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
