Our client is a renowned developer with an impressive portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Known for their innovative approach and dedication to placemaking, the company is currently delivering a landmark residential development in Sandyford, South Dublin. 

This c.€90 million project includes 350+apartments, retail units, communal spaces, and extensive public infrastructure upgrades, setting a new standard in sustainable and functional urban living.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of this prestigious project. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all phases of construction, including multi-storey residential blocks, amenities, and basement works, are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to manage a large-scale residential development and work closely with a dedicated team of professionals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site construction team, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee the construction of multi-storey residential blocks, basement reconfiguration, and shared amenities.
• Liaise with key stakeholders, including subcontractors, design teams, and local authorities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage quality control processes, conducting regular site inspections to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of materials, resources, and equipment.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in site management, ideally on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of multi-storey construction, basement works, and public infrastructure upgrades.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple aspects of the project simultaneously.
• Proven track record of maintaining health and safety compliance on-site.
• Familiarity with construction management software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, including local authorities and clients.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
