Project Manager – Bridge Infrastructure
Location: Dublin, Cork, or Galway office
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and delivery of significant bridge infrastructure projects across Ireland. This role is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex projects to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of project management for bridge infrastructure projects, from initial planning through to completion.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration and effective delivery across all stages of the project.
- Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, addressing risks and resolving challenges promptly.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication at every stage.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
- Support the mentoring and development of junior team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field (Level 8/9).
- Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it) with a recognised professional institution.
- Minimum 7 years’ post-graduate experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ideally in Ireland or the UK.
- Strong expertise in bridge construction, with a solid understanding of public works contracts and tendering processes.
- Experience with contract administration and commercial management, ensuring project budgets and timelines are effectively managed.
- Skilled in the use of project management software, including MS Project and tools like AutoCAD or Procore.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full driving license and flexibility to travel when necessary.
