Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager 
Fit-Out Sector
North Dublin (Hybrid Function Available)

An exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading fit-out company in the retail sector, specialising in high-profile fit-out projects for large supermarket chains. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving their successful delivery to completion across various locations, including Dublin, Belfast, and across Ireland.

Experience in relation to Business Development is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage 3-4 fit-out projects concurrently, ensuring delivery to client standards, on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee all project phases, from planning and design to execution and completion, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular project updates.
• Identify potential risks and create strategies for risk mitigation.
• Travel between project locations, including Dublin and Belfast.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the fit-out sector, with a proven track record in project management.
• Trade background, or 3rd level degree in Construction Management, Project Management or Civil Engineering. 
• Experience managing large-scale fit-out projects, ideally within the retail sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
• Full driving licence is essential.

• Competitive salary (open to negotiation based on experience)(€75k - 95k+)

• Hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of site and office-based work.
