Junior/Intermediate Site Manager

Location: Midlands, Dublin (with travel and overnight stays required)
Sector: High-end fit-out projects in the Pharmaceutical and IT sectors

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Junior/Intermediate Site Manager who is eager to develop their skills and grow into a Project Manager role. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career progression within the dynamic fit-out sector, working on projects in the Pharmaceutical and IT industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Site Manager in all aspects of on-site project delivery.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating site activities.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to quality control and ensure that projects meet specification requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Site Manager in the Irish construction industry.
• Trade Qualification or 3rd Level Education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Similar.
• A strong desire to grow into a leadership role within project management.
• Solid understanding of construction practices, preferably in the fit-out sector.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Clear ambition to progress into a Project Manager role.
