Optimize Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled Setting Out Engineer to join our team in Naas, Co. Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site
• Ensuring all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
• Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
• Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff
• Ensuring that all health and safety procedures are adhered to

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
• Strong understanding of construction methods and processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects on time and within budget
