Site Engineer & Setting Out Engineers
Pharmaceutical Project
Waterford City
Tier 1 Building Contractor
Tier 1 Building Contractor
(Intermediate to Senior)
Optimize, working together with Our client, a tier 1 and highly regarded contractor, are currently seeking a Site Engineers and Setting Out Engineers to join their team for a large Pharmaceutical project in Waterford.
Previous experience with Pharmaceutical projects & Former Tier 1 experience advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the technical aspects of projects, including planning and supervision.
Collaborating closely with important partners such as clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Setting Out (Total Stations & GPS).
Ensuring projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Documenting issues, overseeing work progress, and keeping detailed site records.
Requirements:
5+ years as a Site Engineer.
3rd Level degree in a construction related capacity.
Extensive experience in relation to residential building.
Former Tier 1 experience highly beneficial.
Strong skills in written and verbal communication, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
The ability to interpret and explain technical drawings and plans, ensuring policy compliance.
