Our client is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Project Planner to aid and lead their team in South Dublin. 

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Primavera P6 & MS Project. Experience planning and managing planning on projects valued in excess of €200 Million. Pharmaceutical experience is required. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of master integrated schedules for large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Travel to client sites for Interactive Planning Sessions with key stakeholders.
• Develop sub-programmes for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Collaborate with in-house specialists on validation, operational readiness, tech transfer, and licensure programmes.
• Integrate contractor schedules into a comprehensive master schedule.
• Implement and manage schedule reporting for contractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and regularly report to clients on status, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Traits:

• 15+ years of professional scheduling experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong background in construction or project management.
• Proficiency in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech projects is highly advantageous.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong report writing skills and proficiency in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
