Senior Quantity Surveyor – Remote-Based | Munster

About the Role:
A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support projects across Munster. This is a remote-based role with regular site visits required. The successful candidate will play a key role in contract negotiations, cost management, and overseeing project financials.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project finances, from pre-construction through to final accounts
• Oversee tendering and contract negotiations to secure competitive agreements
• Monitor cost control measures and ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Work closely with site teams and senior management to support project delivery
• Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry (Ideally Ireland/UK)
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in cost management
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and win projects
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Full Irish driving licence (travel to sites required)
