Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS) – Westmeath

Hybrid Working | Established Chartered QS & Cost Consultancy | Exciting Project Portfolio

A long-established and highly regarded Chartered Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy, known for its innovation and industry leadership, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a consultancy with a strong reputation, working on a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, particularly in the Retail & Leisure (Public) sector.

Strong Project Pipeline – Work on varied and challenging projects, gaining exposure to different contract types and construction sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc Hons) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of PQS experience (open to junior, intermediate & senior candidates).
• Experience in the Irish or UK construction industry is essential.
• Proficiency in Buildsoft Cubit and/or CostX is desirable.
• Experience with RIAI and/or Public Works Contracts is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.

Salary & Benefits:

€50,000 - €85,000+ (negotiable depending on experience)
