Intermediate & Junior Quantity Surveyors (Kilkenny & Waterford)

Award winning expanding consultancy based in the South East of Ireland is seeking ambitious Quantity Surveyors to join their expanding teams in the South East.

Hybrid working opportunities.

This established operation has an innovative approach to Clients providing the highest standards of cost planning, cost control and cost management services.

Working on a on a diverse range of pioneering projects, the successful QS's will be involved in all aspects of surveying including:

Pre-contract document preparation
Pre-contract cost control
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Estimating & Cost Planning
Compiling Contract Documentation
Cost reporting
Attending Client meetings
Final account reconciliations

Junior Quantity Surveyors are also required for this growing team, which offers a structured career path within a mentoring programme. Educational assistance and the opportunity to become chartered is provided and actively encouraged.

Each project is controlled by a Senior member of the team who knows and understands each Clients requirements & objectives, guiding more junior members of the team through the process.
