🔬 We're Hiring: Lab Systems Specialist | Cruiserath, Dublin | 12-Month Contract

Are you looking to build your career in laboratory digital systems within a leading global biopharmaceutical environment?

We're seeking a Lab Systems Specialist to join a Quality Control Digital Systems team, supporting laboratory operations through the management and maintenance of LIMS master data and providing technical support to QC laboratories.

Contract Details

Location: Dublin, Ireland (On-site)
Contract: 12 Months
Hours: 39 hours per week
Pay Rate: €22.00 per hour (PAYE)
Start Date: 28 September 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain LIMS master data and system configurations.
• Support change controls, system updates, and documentation.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with QC laboratory teams to ensure accurate system setup.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to laboratory users.
• Author and review SOPs and work instructions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within the laboratory.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience within the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with at least one laboratory system such as LIMS, Empower, LES, MODA, or CIMS.
• Understanding of cGMP and regulated laboratory environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
