Environmental, Health & Safety Manager (Kingscourt)
Imagine taking ownership of environmental, health, and safety performance in a busy manufacturing environment where your decisions directly shape how safely, responsibly, and efficiently a site operates every single day.

Youll be the key figure ensuring the site operates safely, sustainably, and in full alignment with regulatory and environmental obligations.
Working closely with site leadership, production teams, and external regulators, youll be at the centre of operational decision-making - where safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement come together.
What youll achieve (and why it matters):

Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and site-wide standards
Drive a proactive safety culture focused on hazard prevention, risk reduction, and behavioural safety
Provide hands-on guidance and expert support to managers, supervisors, and operational teams
Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement robust corrective and preventative actions
Oversee and maintain a structured EHS audit and inspection programme across the site
Ensure employees are fully trained, competent, and aware of their EHS responsibilities
