Tittle: Stability LIMS Specialist

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 12-Months Contract

Rate: €32.94 Hourly

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stability Scientist or LIMS SME to play a key role in transforming commercial stability operations through the implementation of a future-state LIMS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support stability-related LIMS requirements, enhancements and system improvements.
  • Act as the key liaison between Stability Operations, business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Support LIMS migrations, updates, system builds and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide LIMS user support, troubleshooting and training.
  • Ensure alignment between stability business processes and future-state LIMS capabilities.
  • Support commercial stability programme activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline.
  • 10+ years' pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 5+ years' experience supporting commercial stability programmes.
  • 5+ years' experience working with LIMS systems within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Strong experience with LabWare, LabVantage and/or SampleManager.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, managing system enhancements and executing UAT.
  • Experience supporting LIMS tickets, user requests and troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience working across multiple functions, sites and global stakeholders within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP and Data Integrity requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across global teams.
