Bio-Process Associate – Downstream Manufacturing

Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for a Bio-Process Associate to join a large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment supporting downstream manufacturing operations within a GMP-regulated facility.

The successful candidate will support commercial manufacturing activities, process operations, equipment support, batch execution, and continuous improvement initiatives within a high-performing manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support downstream manufacturing operations in a GMP environment
• Execute manufacturing processes following SOPs and batch instructions
• Operate process equipment within assigned production areas
• Support commissioning, qualification, and validation activities where required
• Review batch records and assist with deviation investigations
• Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Automation, and Engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and data integrity standards
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements

• Level 6 qualification in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline
• 1–3 years’ experience within biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or GMP manufacturing environments preferred
• Experience working in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of DeltaV, MES, SAP, Syncade, or similar systems is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
• Must be open to 24/7 shift operations
