- Spearhead end-to-end new material introduction (NMI) from technical evaluation to supplier qualification; delivering projects that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Design and execute material qualifications that meet top industry regs, safety standards, and product needs, ensuring we're always release-ready.
- Craft and review standout technical docs that fast-track material approvals and celebrate your on-schedule wins.
- Become the go-to connector for suppliers, procurement, R&D, engineering, QA, regulatory, and ops; building networks that amplify your influence.
- Shape materials processes with partners, refine them for peak efficiency, and shine in audits that showcase your compliance mastery.
- Keep our approved materials list and database cutting-edge, powering informed decisions site-wide.
- Lead root-cause investigations and CI projects that eliminate issues for good; your fixes will transform how we operate.
- Innovate the NMI & MQ processes on site, positioning yourself as a change-maker.
- Forge powerhouse supplier relationships that unlock value and reliability for the entire operation.
What We're Looking For (Your Perfect Fit)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, or a science-related field.
- 4+ years in supply chain or technical roles with new product intros in pharma; bring your proven track record.
- Proactive mindset with urgency, stellar stakeholder collaboration, and communication that drives results.
- SAP savvy (master data, production execution) to hit the ground running.
- Deep expertise in single-use materials and their regulatory quals; your niche knowledge shines here.
- Hands-on vendor experience tackling supply chain notifications and investigations.
- Top-tier communication for internal/external wins, plus collaboration and an enterprise-wide view.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel wizardry), endless curiosity for learning, and a passion for challenging the status quo.
