Are you a hands-on technician who thrives in high-performance, regulated environments? We’re looking for a Reliability Technician to join a dynamic GMP manufacturing site, playing a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

�� What You’ll Be Doing

• Champion safety-first practices by identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation actions
• Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and technical issues
• Carry out planned maintenance (preventative, predictive & calibration activities)
• Accurately log maintenance interventions, failure codes, and asset data
• Ensure all work orders are completed on time, safely, and in compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes
• Support major equipment overhauls and manage on-site vendors
• Deliver clear shift handover reports to ensure seamless operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise maintenance plans
• Assist with operational activities such as set-up, sampling, and cleaning validation
• Maintain audit-ready standards and uphold excellent housekeeping practices

�� What You Bring

• Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
• 2–4 years’ experience in maintenance or engineering within a regulated environment
• Background in pharma, biotech, medical devices, FMCG, or similar industries
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a shift-based role
